All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders are carefully prepared and packaged to ensure quality before shipment.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary based on location and carrier and are not guaranteed.
Hailey&Kailey Hair Care is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, or circumstances beyond our control.
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been shipped.
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly. Hailey&Kailey is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.
Hailey&Kailey Hair Care does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on opened or used products.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Hailey&Kaileycosmetics@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the matter and, if approved, issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Hailey&Kailey Hair Care is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier after shipment.
